Minister of natural resources of the Republic of Buryatia Bair Angaev has informed by an official letter to the address of Organizing Committee of Russian Industrial and Environmental Forum about the personal participation of the First Deputy Head of Plenipotentiary representative office of Republic of Buryatia under the President of the Russian Federation Igor Orlov in the events of the Forum «RosPromEco-2013».
